Refund Policy

1. Digital Product

Unicorn Screener reports are digital products delivered instantly via email after purchase. Each report is a one-time purchase of $9, processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record).

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Report not delivered: If you did not receive your PDF report within 1 hour of payment, contact us for a full refund or re-delivery.
  • Technical failure: If the analysis failed to generate meaningful data due to a technical error on our end.
  • Duplicate purchase: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same report.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are generally not provided in these situations:

  • You are dissatisfied with the analysis results or scores (the scoring reflects publicly available data).
  • The startup has limited public data, resulting in a lower accuracy score.
  • You already downloaded or received the PDF report.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of purchase at hello@unicornscreener.vc with:

  • Your email address used for purchase.
  • The startup name analyzed.
  • The reason for your refund request.

We aim to process refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.
