By accessing or using Unicorn Screener at unicornscreener.vc (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Unicorn Screener provides automated startup analysis reports using publicly available data. The Service scores startups across multiple dimensions and delivers PDF reports via email.

3. Free and Paid Reports

  • Each user is entitled to one (1) free report.
  • Additional reports can be purchased for $9 per report (one-time payment, no subscription).
  • Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
  • By purchasing a report, you agree to Paddle's terms of service as the payment processor.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, fingerprinting, or payment requirements.
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service without prior written consent.
  • Redistribute or resell reports generated by the Service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Unicorn Screener does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis or score. Reports are generated from publicly available data and should not be considered financial advice.

Unicorn Screener is not a financial advisor. Do not make investment decisions based solely on our reports. Always conduct your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unicorn Screener and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to investment losses based on report data.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, scoring algorithms, and report templates are the intellectual property of Unicorn Screener. Reports are licensed for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display report content without prior written permission.

8. Data Collection

We collect limited data to operate the Service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect and how we use it.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
